Job Title: ServiceNow Senior developer / Tech expert/ Lead - OM & CSM - OffshoreLocation: Remote (From India)Job Type: Full Time Contract (Long Term)Technical & Functional Experience: Professional Skills (Methods & Processes): Soft Skills Note: as part of the selection process the candidate will be asked to undergo a technical assessment. Good knowledge of various ServiceNow modules : CSM, ITSM, HRSD, SPM Good knowledge of CSDM Excellent product roadmap awareness Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub) Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…). Portal management and customization Excellent knowledge of OM, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences and CSM Module 8+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 3+ years Order Management Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities Strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of Sales processes Knowledge of Ordering processes (SPM processes are a plus) English: Excellent. Capable to learn fast Excellent communication: ability to explain complex topics to a non IT audience, active listening and supportive attitude Proactive: propose help and assistance in design activities, detect room for improvement and look for optimizations Team player: you will be a key asset to the team and need to be willing to support and jump in when things get complicated
