Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate communications Partner with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring objectives Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, referrals, and social media.Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for current and future needs.Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.Maintain accurate and organized HR and recruitment documentation, including employee records and hiring trackers Support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and activities that enhance workplace culture Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Management or a related field.Diploma/Certification in Human Resources Management or relevant field.1-2 years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agencyTechnical skills/Soft skillsProven work experience as an HR Executive or similar roleFamiliarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking SystemsExperience with full-cycle recruitingA team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.Time management and multitasking abilities.High-energy and passionDiscretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
