This is a voice-led, performance-driven role best suited to CRM professionals who canturn cold leads into site visits and interest into action , while managing high-net-worth buyer communication with grace and confidence.Project Snapshot India’s firsthotel-themed residential townshipin Central India Homes priced ₹1 Cr – ₹4 Cr | 3BHK, 4BHK, 4.5BHK, and 5BHK townhouses 20,000 sq. ft. rooftop Sky Club , largest in the region 18-hole chip-and-putt golf coursedesigned by Jon Hunt & Aashish Vaishnava Developed byRamnath Group , with over 20 years of real estate leadershipKey Responsibilities Engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email Qualify lead intent, profile, and buying capacity; log all details in CRM Pitch the project within 45–60 seconds of connection, using high-conviction storytelling Schedule and confirm site visits with precise buyer profiling Manage all communications through WhatsApp Business, voice notes, and multimedia tools Maintain lead-stage accuracy and structured follow-ups in CRM Collaborate with the Sales Team to hand off qualified site visits for conversion Participate in campaign-based lead revival and retargetingRequirements 2–5 years of experience in real estate tele-calling, luxury CRM, or HNI client management Strong command overEnglish and Hindi(Marathi preferred) Comfortable working onSaturdays and Sundays(Tuesday off) Familiar with CRM systems such asSell.do Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and verbal articulation Must be based in Nagpur or willing to relocatePerformance Expectations 60+ calls/day, 25+ live conversations Minimum 30 confirmed site visits/month CRM compliance and update discipline = 100% Site visit conversion success = 12–15% (target benchmark)Career Growth 6–9 months: Promotion toSenior CRM Executive 12+ months: Movement intoSales ExecutiveorCRM & Digital Operations Lead Opportunity to support future launches and scale CRM infrastructureWhy Join The Bellagio?
