ResponsibilitiesManage and review the maintenance activities to keep the equipments/machineries (Batch house, furnace, lehr, C&P, Mirror, etc.) in healthy condition to support production activities. Reduce production loss due to equipments troubles and production stoppage time due to fatal breakdowns. Reduce time loss in Mirror and Offline production due to breakdowns. Evaluate and undertake the improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and equipments performance to support the smooth production. Ensure conformity to project schedule, breakdown reduction trend, MTBF. Monitor and regulate performance against annual repair & maintenance budget for the period to keep the maintenance expenses within the allotted budget. Monitor and manage maintenance cost of utility & batch house, materi and MFB. Focus on cost saving through indigenization, localisation and other such activities. Monitor and reduce the utility consumptions for Compressed Air, Water & Steam without any disturbance in process; perform gap analysis on budgeted and actual figures. Assist materials department in vendor development and indigenization of spares in to save and reduce costs.Qualifications - B. Tech MechanicalExperience -12 -15 Yrs.Location-Rajasthan , Soniyana
