The role involves end-to-end recruitment, activation, and management of insurance agents to drive Life Insurance business in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities: Recruit Agents: Identify and onboard potential Life Insurance agents from your local market.Train & Guide: Provide initial training and continuous support to agents on insurance products and digital tools.Drive Sales: Motivate and assist agents to generate Life Insurance business and meet monthly targets.Field Work: Daily field visits to support agents with lead generation, client meetings, and policy closures.Target Achievement: Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets through active agent performance.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with agents for long-term business success.Requirements: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Life Insurance or BFSI preferred)Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work in a target-driven field roleKnowledge of the local market and strong agent network is a plus
