Our mission is to empower workplaces with tools and services that foster happier, healthier, and more productive teams.Company Website:Overview: As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and converting potential clients for our EAP offerings. You will work closely with HR leaders, decision-makers, and wellness committees to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events Understand client needs and present customized EAP solutions Conduct product demos and sales presentations to HR heads and CXOs Follow up on leads, create proposals, and close deals Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs Maintain CRM records and report on sales activities and forecastsRequired Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EAP, HR tech, SaaS, or wellness solutions Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related fields is preferred Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) Strong communication and presentation skills Proven ability to generate leads and close sales Confidence in dealing with senior HR professionals and decision-makers Highly self-motivated and target-driven
