Together with the AdvantageGo ecosystem of third-party data sources, applications, and systems integrators, underwriters have an integrated flow of timely, data-driven underwriting insights for improved risk selection in the moments that matter.Role BriefAdvantageGo is seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist with over 10 years of expertise in data integration and solution architecture. In this role, you will lead and own technical analysis and design for data integration solutions, creating effective data models that optimise infrastructure and standardise third-party integrations. You’ll be responsible for developing robust, data-driven solutions aligned with business processes - generating insights and analytics from internal and external datasets.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical analysis and solution design for integration data systems. Build and maintain data models to optimise infrastructure and data flow. Standardise third-party integrations within the data ecosystem. Develop design documentation including data flows and sequence diagrams. Create solutions aligned with business processes to enable analytics and insights. Analyse data and provide recommendations to support business outcomes. Support development teams with technical guidance to unblock design issues. Identify architectural improvements and opportunities for optimisation. Collaborate with internal teams to maximise the use of Azure cloud services.RequirementsDeep expertise in Microsoft Azure services: Logic Apps, Functions, Synapse, Data Factory. Skilled in Azure API Management for API creation, publishing, and monitoring. Proficient in frameworks for integration documentation. Experience with middleware, messaging technologies, ESBs, message queues, and event-driven architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing. Understanding of integration security best practices, including encryption, IAM, OAuth. Knowledge of data quality tools and principles. Awareness of DevOps practices for integration deployment and maintenance. Strong communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.DesirableUnderstanding of the insurance lifecycle.
