Job Title: Zonal Sales Head – HVAC Business Unit Location: Mumbai / DelhiJob Summary -We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Zonal Sales Head to lead our HVAC Business Unit across certain states. This senior leadership role requires an exceptional sales leader with a robust background in HVAC systems or Cooling Towers, outstanding team management skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The Zonal Sales Head will manage a team of 10 Sales Engineers and oversee a network of 50 dealers, driving aggressive market expansion and achieving sales objectives across the region.Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy: o Develop and implement a Zonal sales strategy to accelerate growth in the HVAC and Cooling Tower markets. o Lead by example to drive sales success across India while aligning with the company’s long-term objectives.Target Achievement: o Take full ownership of revenue and profitability targets, ensuring consistent performance and meeting or exceeding goals.Team Management: o Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 Sales Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and effectiveness.Dealer Network Development: o Strengthen and expand the existing 50-dealer network, ensuring strong collaboration and deeper market penetration.Performance Monitoring:o Set clear KPIs and sales targets for the team, regularly reviewing sales performance and taking corrective actions where necessary.Market & Competitor Analysis: o Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.Customer Relationship Management: o Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.Collaboration: o Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.Key Requirements: Experience: o Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Sales & Business Development within the HVAC or Cooling Tower industry.Sales Expertise: o Proven track record of leading large teams, consistently exceeding sales targets, and expanding market share within the industry.Leadership & Team Management: o Demonstrated ability to motivate and drive a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals. Dealer Network Management: o Extensive experience in managing and growing a large-scale dealer network to ensure business expansion.Industry Knowledge: o Strong technical and commercial understanding of HVAC systems, cooling solutions, and related technologies. Communication & Negotiation:o Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.Education: o Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
