Senior Manager – Visual Merchandising (VM)The Senior Manager – Visual Merchandising will be responsible for executing and managing the brand’s visual merchandising strategies across all retail outlets. This role will lead VM initiatives in alignment with brand guidelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the in-store customer experience is visually compelling and consistent with brand identity.Responsibilities: ● Execution of VM Strategy: Implement and adapt the overarching visual merchandising strategy across retail outlets to deliver a cohesive and impactful brand experience. ● Store Display Management: Lead the planning and execution of in-store displays, window visuals, and planograms ensuring high visual appeal and alignment with brand standards. ● New Store Launches & Events: Spearhead VM execution for new store openings, festivals, product launches, and promotional events, ensuring timely and creative setups. ● Guidelines & SOP Adherence: Ensure all VM guidelines, styling directions, and planograms are effectively rolled out and implemented across stores. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Retail Operations, Marketing, Brand, and Design teams to align on seasonal themes, product priorities, and campaigns. ● Training & Team Management: Guide and mentor the Area/store-level VM teams to maintain consistent standards. ● Store Audits & Feedback: Conduct regular store visits and virtual audits to review VM implementation, provide feedback, and identify areas of improvement. ● Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and installation of VM elements, fixtures, and materials. ● Budget Monitoring: Support in tracking VM budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution of displays and installations. ● KPI Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the visual merchandising team and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.Candidate Profile: ● Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Fashion Communication, or related field. ● Hands-on experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle retail. ● Proficient in visual merchandising tools and software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.). ● Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and store layout design. ● Experience managing store rollouts, display guidelines, and visual storytelling. ● Excellent communication and organizational skills. ● Willingness to travel frequently for store audits, training, and setups.
