Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure their needs are met with tailored interior solutions. Sales Strategy and Team Leadership Create and implement effective sales strategies, leading and motivating a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Market Analysis and Collaboration Analyse market trends and client preferences, collaborating with design teams to deliver customized and competitive interior design solutions. Support Sales Activities Assist in executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and following up on leads to support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets. Client Interaction Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Team Coordination and Administration Help coordinate the sales team’s activities, handle administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keeping, and provide support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
