Let’s grow, together.Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Time) Location:Gurgaon (Work from Office) Working Days:Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off) Experience:6 months to 2 years in recruitment for outsourcing/BPO companies (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply) Salary:Up to ₹4 LPA + IncentivesQualifications: 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO/outsourcing Experience in end-to-end hiring and candidate evaluation Strong communication and ability to collaborate with internal teams Understanding of employer branding and sourcing strategies Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field Familiarity with AI recruitment tools is a plus Freshers with excellent communication skills may also applyWhy Join Ziraya?
