Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies for international market expansion including sales targets, pricing, product mix, and country-specific plans. Identify and appoint distribution partners, channel collaborators, and buyers across global markets. Analyze international market trends, segment buyers, and guide new product development for region-specific needs. Lead business development initiatives to enter new geographies and strengthen presence in existing markets. Build and manage strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and other external partners to maximize long-term business growth. Guide internal teams to align with export market requirements, including packaging, certifications, and documentation standards. Oversee order fulfilment processes, ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, production, dispatch, and logistics teams. Review and analyze monthly export MIS reports to monitor performance, highlight deviations, and guide corrective actions. Ensure all export documentation (legal, financial, and commercial) is complete, accurate, and compliant with international regulations. Monitor and improve processes related to buyer validation, credit checks, and risk assessment. Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, SCM, Logistics and Production to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export orders.
