The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic branding, established contacts with architects, interior designers, and property developers, and a proven track record of generating and converting high-end sales leads.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the luxury AV and home theatre market.Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers to secure project-based business.Create and manage aesthetically aligned branding and promotional materials to reflect the premium nature of our offerings.Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and visual appeal.Identify new market opportunities and provide input on product trends and customer preferences.Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.Manage and grow a pipeline of high-value residential and commercial AV projects.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/marketing within the AV, interior design, real estate, or luxury goods sectors.Deep understanding of aesthetic branding principles and visual merchandising.Strong network and working relationships with architects, interior designers, and property developers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Tech-savvy with experience in CRM, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.Passion for home entertainment technologies and luxury living solutions.Preferred Attributes:Prior experience in the audio-visual/home theatre industry.Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation.Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.Field Knowledge in Bengaluru with excellent contacts and databasePreferably knows Kannada
