Overview:The High Tension (HT) Electrical Products Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of high-voltage electrical products, including development, manufacturing, sales, and customer support. This role requires a strong technical foundation in electrical engineering, proven experience with high-voltage systems, and effective leadership to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Product Development- Lead the design and development of HT electrical products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements. - Identify market opportunities and drive product innovation strategies. - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring new products to market.2. Manufacturing Oversight- Supervise the manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and compliance with production standards. - Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery of components and materials. - Establish and enforce quality control systems to guarantee product reliability and safety.3. Sales and Marketing- Develop and implement sales strategies for HT electrical products, targeting key market segments. - Provide technical guidance to the sales team and support customer engagements. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.4.
