Job Title: HR Executive (BFSI Industry)Location: Meerut, Uttar PradeshExperience Required: 2 YearsJoining: Immediate or within 15 days preferredIndustry Preference: Financial Services / BFSIJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Meerut. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within the BFSI or financial services industry. The role will primarily focus on sourcing, screening, onboarding, and managing all recruitment-related documentation and processes.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding. - Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals. - Conduct preliminary screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers. - Conduct background checks, document verification, and other pre-joining formalities. - Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including induction and orientation programs. - Maintain and update recruitment MIS/reports and track recruitment metrics. - Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs. - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR paperwork and documentation is in order.Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in the BFSI or financial sector. - Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
