The role will be located in Pune or Mumbai.Role Overview:As Head of Sales / Sales Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy for Hotel Irada across room sales, private events, group bookings, and travel trade partnerships. We're looking for someone with a refined understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and culture-driven hospitality.Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Strategy & Execution: - Lead and implement sales strategies that drive room bookings, long-stay experiences, group stays, and event bookings. - B2B & Travel Trade Relationships: - Build and manage strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, OTAs, and DMCs — both domestic and international. - Event & Group Sales: - Lead sales for destination weddings, creative retreats, corporate offsites, and brand partnerships — positioning Irada as a one-of-a-kind venue. - Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: - Identify and close strategic tie-ups with brands that align with Irada’s values — from fashion and art to wellness and music. - Sales Collateral & Communication: - Work with the marketing team to develop persuasive pitch decks, event kits, rate sheets, and digital proposals that feel as premium as the property. - Guest Targeting: - Create direct outreach strategies to target high-net-worth individuals, creative communities, and new-age travelers. - Performance Tracking: - Manage and report sales KPIs, conversion rates, and channel performance. Own the revenue goals.Who You Are:- A sales leader with 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands - Understands how to sell experiences, not just inventory - Has an existing network of relationships in the travel agents community - Is connected to the luxury travel ecosystem in India (and ideally globally) - A relationship-builder who can open doors and close deals - Strong with numbers, but equally strong with people - Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and proactive - Fluent in English and well-presented
