Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for ENOX product range in the assigned territory/region. Identify and onboard new channel partners, dealers, and fabricators. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, builders, and consultants to generate specifications and project-based leads. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on sales forecasts. Conduct product demos and trainings for customers, dealers, and influencers. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support brand visibility and technical clarifications. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic planning. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits in line with company policies. Regular reporting through CRM tools and sales dashboards. Requirements: Education:Graduate (/B.Tech); MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred. Experience: ASM: 5–8 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in building materials, glass hardware, or architectural hardware industry. ASE: 1–4 years of relevant sales experience.
