Saha Hospital is 183 bedded multispecialty Hospital in heart of the city of Cooch Behar. It is the largest private hospital in neighbouring few districts in West Bengal with all major departments and is an extremely busy hospital with state-of-the-art emergency care, Cathlab, Neurosurgical facilities, high-end diagnostic and laboratory services and excellent round-the-clock bed occupancy.Job Purpose: To conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics, print and digital content, and short-form videos that support the hospital’s marketing campaigns, brand identity, patient awareness programs, and business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Creative Content Design high-quality visual content including flyers, brochures, posters, standees, banners, and signage for hospital services, camps, and events.Create digital assets for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).Maintain brand consistency in all materials.Video Editing & Motion Graphics Develop and edit short promotional and informational videos for digital campaigns.Create animated graphics, reels, and snippets for patient engagement and awareness.Marketing & Campaign Support Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize designs aligned with specific campaigns and target audiences.Provide design support for internal communications, patient education, and hospital events.Assist in designing presentations and branding materials for external collaborations and business outreach.Innovation & Brand Development Suggest creative improvements to elevate brand visibility and digital presence.Stay updated on design trends, healthcare marketing strategies, and competitor visuals.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design and basic video editing, preferably in the healthcare or service sector. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Premiere Pro/After Effects (or equivalent video editing tools).
