We're headquartered at South Asia’s largest esports studio in Hyderabad, India, and are driven by a young, passionate team of specialists pushing the boundaries of broadcast and competitive production.Key Responsibilities- Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. - Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that foster accountability and excellence. - Ensure seamless and compliant payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation. - Regularly review, draft, and refine HR policies to reflect legal compliance and evolving organizational needs. - Build and champion a positive workplace culture through proactive employee engagement and conflict resolution. - Lead HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. - Coordinate statutory compliance including labor laws, PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with department heads to assess team structures, manage headcount planning, and drive efficiency. - Oversee general office administration, employee welfare initiatives, and vendor/partner coordination where relevant. - Manage HRMS systems like Zoho People and Keka, and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.Who We're Looking ForMust-Haves:- 5+ years of HR leadership or managerial experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong grasp of Indian labor law, HR best practices, and statutory compliance. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments. - Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and recruitment tools.Preferred:- Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). - Experience managing HR operations across multiple geographies—especially South Asia, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East. - Background in working with creative, tech, or media production teams is a plus.Why Join Us- Be part of a company that’s shaping the future of gaming and esports in Asia. - Work with some of the most exciting brands and partners in the industry. - Thrive in a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence. - Build systems from the ground up in an organization scaling fast. - Work out of a cutting-edge esports studio with a passionate and driven team.
