Employment Type:Full-time Reports To:Sales Head/ Sales ManagerJob Summary: TheSales Executivewill be responsible for generating leads, conducting property tours, and closing deals for residential/commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: ·Lead Generation:Cold calling, site visits, and networking to find potential buyers. ·Client Meetings:Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties. ·Site Visits:Arrange and conduct property tours for clients. ·Sales Pitch:Present project features, pricing, and payment plans. ·Negotiation:Handle objections and close deals efficiently. ·Follow-Ups:Maintain relationships with prospects until deal closure. ·Documentation:Assist clients with booking formalities, loans, and registrations.
