Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and persuasiveTele-caller – Sales & Operationsto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have1–2 years of experiencein telecalling or inside sales, along with a knack for managing customer relationships and supporting operational processes. This role bridges communication between prospective customers and the Barsys team, ensuring a smooth and informed sales journey from inquiry to delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads and inquiries from various sources (website, campaigns, events, referrals). Explain Barsys products, features, and pricing clearly to potential customers. Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the purchase process. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and clarity. Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools and update lead status in real-time. Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Assist in cross-selling and up-selling related products and services. Collect customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or operations. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Confidence in handling outbound calls and converting leads into customers. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-centric mindset. Nice to HavePrior experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or D2C startups. Understanding of logistics workflows and customer support operations.
