Position- A Tour Guide - Knowledge of global Tour - Specially Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.Job Description:responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking cruise vacations. They provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and travel packages. The role involves understanding clients' preferences and budgets, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a seamless booking process from inquiry to departure. Cruise Consultants often work with both direct customers and travel agencies, either in-office, remotely, or onboard cruise ships.Key Responsibilities:Provide detailed information on Itineraries, pricing, and promotions.Assist clients in selecting the most suitable cruise based on their preferences.Make reservations and process payments accurately.Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise lines, ships, destinations, and travel regulations.Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.Coordinate with cruise line partners and internal departments for smooth booking and onboarding processes.Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service orientationSales and negotiation abilityKnowledge of global cruise destinations and major cruise lines- Specially Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.Familiarity with booking systems and travel softwareMultilingual skills (a plus for international cruise lines)
