As a Digital Marketing Intern at Recrivio, you will gain hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media, and enhancing our brand presence across platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and develop your marketing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).Manage and grow Recrivio’s social media channels: creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.Monitor campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.Support the content team in drafting blogs, social posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.Assist in SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking.Coordinate with design and sales teams for campaign requirements and brand consistency.Help organize online events, webinars, or employer branding activities as needed.What We’re Looking ForPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.Passion for digital marketing, branding, and social media.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with popular social media platforms and analytics tools.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.Basic knowledge of SEO, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior internship experience in digital marketing is a bonus (but not mandatory).What We OfferOpportunity to work with a dynamic and rapidly growing HR-tech brand.Mentorship and exposure to the latest trends in digital marketing.Certificate of completion and potential full-time employment based on performance.Flexible work environment.
