The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management on a day-to-day basis.Qualifications:Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales Management skills Training skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Experience in the IT industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExpectation:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in creating reports and presentations Team collaboration and project management abilities, experience in working with cross-functional teams Basic understanding of business operations and strategy formulation, familiarity with market research techniques Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software tools Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt
