The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying operational discrepancies, performing accurate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementing corrective measures through penalty marking in line with company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to ensure high operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze daily operational data to detect deviations and misses Perform thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on identified issues Mark penalties in accordance with internal guidelines and policy frameworks Generate, maintain, and update daily reports related to penalties and RCA findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and suggest improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) Minimum 60% marks in Mathematics (Class 10) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel and other reporting tools Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to handle stressful situations.
