Experience: 4-5 Years of Media Planning / BuyingJob Description: Looking for a Digital Media Buyer to oversee the buying of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. will bring deep expertise in digital media buying strategies, cross-channel ad platforms, and performance optimization, along with some experience with programmatic and data driven advertising. Agency background / experience managing large-scale media budgets Proficiency in managing end-to-end media buying including rate negotiations, publisher tie-ups, inventory evaluation, and deal structuring Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs (e.g. DV360/ TTD etc.) Familiarity with campaign attribution models and performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) Strong collaboration skills to work closely with strategy, planning, and finance teamsKey Responsibilities: Manage digital media buying primarily across non-biddable platforms Collaborate closely with internal planning teams to align on campaign briefs and deliverables based on defined KPIs Negotiate rates and secure pricing across premium placements with publishers/ key platforms Partner with planning teams to structure and execute long-term/short-term deals, including Joint Business Plans (JBPs) Continuously optimize media plans to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to enhance future outcomes Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging digital platforms, programmatic innovations, and data-driven planning Manage budget tracking / billing / invoicing processes, and work closely with the finance team during campaign activations Demonstrated experience using paid media intelligence tools such as ComScore, Similar web, and GWI.
