This role is tailored for someone with a passion for social media, a flair for client relationships, and the ability to execute digital campaigns from start to finish. You will be the go-to liaison for clients, ensuring that all work—BAU content, topicals, brand campaigns, and milestones—is delivered with excellence and on time.Key Responsibilities: Client Management:Serve as the primary SPOC for your clients, managing communication and ensuring client delight. BAU Execution:Drive daily deliverables—briefing, coordination, internal reviews, and client approvals—for all business-as-usual content. Campaign Ownership:Plan and execute social campaigns, topical content, and key brand moments in collaboration with internal teams. Strategic Coordination:Work closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to align content and campaigns with brand objectives. Content Planning:Oversee monthly content calendars, ensuring they are timely, relevant, and aligned with the brand tone. Performance Tracking:Share regular reports and insights with clients, working with internal teams to track content effectiveness. Financial Oversight:Handle billing, budgeting, and invoicing processes for your accounts, ensuring timely closure of financials. Workflow Efficiency:Ensure project timelines are met, roadblocks are anticipated, and quality is never compromised.What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of experience in account management/client servicing, preferably in a digital-first or advertising agency. Deep understanding of social media content, platforms, trends, and campaign planning. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage timelines under pressure. Experience with financial tracking, estimates, and invoicing is a plus.
