New business Development:Generate new business opportunities for Elchemy’s products & services for the US market focusing on the Personal Care and Flavors and Fragrance Industry. Cold Calling & Email Marketing:Perform outbound lead generation through cold calling and email campaigns to engage potential customers. Market Research:Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the US market. Relationship Building:Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs and position Elchemy’s products and service effectively. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with global business objectives.Skills and Qualification 3+ years experience in sales/business development and lead generation Experience of International Sales is preferred Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams.
