Responsible for team’s learning and growth• Identify new support areas within insights and advisory umbrella• Support the practice leadership and sales team in key account development with new penetration strategies for relevant services and involved in all stages of the sales engagement.• Guide team and support in preparing strategic presentations providing an in-depth view of the client’s target industry, covering various topics including industry trends, competitive landscape, future outlook, strategic initiatives etc.• Handling ad hoc research requests as per client requirements• Well aware of databases and relevant use in projects, such as Thomson One, Factiva, CapIQ, etcWhat you will need to have:• 6-8 years of experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects, preferably with an exposure to manufacturing, heavy electricals, or power sector• Bachelor's degree in Engineering – preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial or Electronics (Master’s degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage).• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
