Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and strategic SEO & SEM Specialist to lead and execute our organic and paid search efforts globally. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving qualified traffic, and maximizing conversions for our rapidly growing global D2C consumer brand.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective global SEO strategies including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization. Manage global paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, international search platforms) for maximum ROI and customer acquisition. Conduct multilingual keyword research and localization strategies tailored for different international markets. Perform competitor analysis and global market research to identify new traffic opportunities. Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Collaborate closely with content, development, design, and sales teams to ensure search engine optimization and search marketing alignment. Optimize advertising budgets effectively to achieve lower CAC and increased ROAS. Conduct regular SEO audits, identify and fix technical SEO issues across global domains. Stay informed about the latest search engine algorithms, digital trends, and global compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience in SEO & SEM with proven results, ideally within global consumer or D2C brands. Expertise in international SEO and global SEM campaign management. Proficiency in multilingual SEO, localization tools, and keyword strategies. Experience managing global e-commerce platforms (Shopify International, Amazon, etc.). Familiarity with international regulations, compliance, privacy policies, and advertising standards. Strong skills with advanced analytics and attribution tools like Google Data Studio, Segment, MoEngage, Adjust, or Mixpanel. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with global teams and external agencies. Deep understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), UX/UI principles, and global consumer behavior. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Additional SkillsExperience with AI-driven marketing and automation platforms. Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video marketing strategies. Prior experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG industries.
