Role Overview: As the Head of Investor Relations, you will lead all fundraising, investor communication, and relationship management activities. This role demands strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of both finance and stakeholder management. A background in Investment Banking or Consulting is essential to bring analytical rigor and strategic insight into investor engagement.Imp: Focus on Family office and Institutional clients.Experience: MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent; CFA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting (preferably with exposure to PE or alternative assets). Strong financial modeling and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven track record of managing high-stakes investor communications. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing firm.
