This role requires advanced proficiency with social analytics tools, deep experience in primary and secondary research, and a strategic mindset.Key Responsibilities Lead social media analytics and listening reporting for key clients. Own client relationships from a reporting and insight delivery perspective. Design and implement frameworks for social listening aligned with business objectives. Translate social data into high-level recommendations and insights for clients. Mentor junior analysts and ensure quality across reporting deliverables. Utilize platforms like Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, or others to extract data. Identify social trends and consumer behavior signals to guide client strategy. Manage reporting timelines and ensure stakeholder alignment on deliverables.Requirements 5+ years of experience in social media analytics, insights, or digital consulting. Proven experience with social listening and analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, etc.). Strong ability to tell data-driven stories and influence strategic decisions. Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience mentoring team members and contributing to team growth. Prior experience in brand marketing in the fashion, streaming, or gaming industry is a plus.
