About the Role: TechBlocks (TB) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager to oversee and manage the recruitment team, driving the organization’s hiring strategy and process. This role involves developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing recruitment operations, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.The Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and attract top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.We are specifically looking for candidates from IT Software Companies with experience in the IT Consulting segment.The role requires flexibility to work in different shifts, either 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST, to facilitate seamless communication with stakeholders based in North America (Canada and the US). Regular interaction with these stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and offer ongoing training and development opportunities.Recruitment Operations: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Implement and optimize recruitment tools and systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.Candidate Experience: Foster a positive candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. Develop and implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement and satisfaction.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and trends to senior management.Employer Branding: Work with the marketing team to strengthen the organization’s employer brand and enhance its presence in the talent market. Promote the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities across multiple channels.Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce. Ensure recruitment practices align with the organization’s diversity and inclusion goals.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience working in IT Software Companies, preferably in the IT Consulting segment. Strong expertise in recruiting techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure. Comfortable working in shifts (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST) to collaborate with North American stakeholders.Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional travel as required. May require extended hours or occasional weekend work during peak recruitment periods.
