The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, gathering customer information, and addressing customer inquiries. Callers are also responsible for maintaining call logs and reporting on call activities. The candidate will work closely with the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective communication with clients.Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls Ability to gather and document customer information accurately Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software
