Your sourcing expertise will help drive mission-critical hiring, ensuring our clients get access to the best engineers, architects, and tech leaders in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & MappingStrategically source and map active and passive technical talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, and industry communities.Build and maintain a pipeline of top candidates for key technical roles (Software Development, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Product, and more).Leverage advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques and innovative sourcing tools to identify and engage high-quality candidates.Candidate EngagementInitiate and sustain compelling outreach to passive candidates; nurture relationships through continuous engagement and follow-ups.Screen and qualify candidates for technical fit, motivation, and alignment with client requirements before handoff to the Talent Acquisition team.Champion Recrivio’s brand and culture in candidate interactions, representing both Recrivio and our client partners professionally.Collaboration & ConsultingPartner closely with recruiters, delivery managers, and client stakeholders to understand specific technical requirements, hiring priorities, and team culture.Share real-time market intelligence and actionable feedback to help optimize sourcing strategy and client delivery.Reporting & Process OptimizationMaintain accurate data in Recrivio’s ATS and CRM tools; track pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness through regular reporting.Continuously experiment with new sourcing channels, automation tools, and best practices to drive improved results.Contribute to employer branding and talent community-building initiatives as required.Key Requirements4+ years of hands-on experience sourcing technical talent in agency or in-house environments.Track record of successfully sourcing talent for roles such as: Software Engineer (Backend/Frontend/Full Stack), Data Engineer, SRE/DevOps, QA, Product Manager, Solution Architect, and more.Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean/X-ray searches, and sourcing automation platforms.Excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills.Strong understanding of modern engineering stacks and technical concepts; able to speak credibly with tech professionals.Highly organized, metrics-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Experience with ATS/CRM (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit) preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with high-growth tech companies or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) environments.Technical background (BTech, coding bootcamp, or hands-on engineering exposure) is a plus.Exposure to global tech markets and/or diversity sourcing strategies.Certifications in sourcing or recruitment (LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS, etc.).What We OfferCompetitive salary and attractive performance-based incentives.Flexible work arrangements and modern digital infrastructure.High visibility, ownership, and direct impact on scaling top tech teams.Access to advanced sourcing tools, tech learning, and industry events.Collaborative and meritocratic culture at the forefront of recruitment innovation.Ready to help us build the future of tech hiring?
