The Sales Manager will drive the growth of the sales department while overseeing the direct sales of Holiday homes. This position is responsible for developing and executing direct sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. A strong track record of success in real estate direct sales, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets and company goals. Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies as needed. Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders. Oversee the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyse market conditions and sales performance data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Ensure the team is aware of market changes and helps them leverage new opportunities. Collaboration with Marketing and Operations: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective advertising and promotional materials. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth property transactions and customer satisfaction. Ensure all sales and marketing materials are up to date and aligned with the company's goals. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Implement risk management practices to minimize liability and ensure ethical business conduct. Qualifications and Skills: EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE: Graduate from a reputed institute. 06- 12 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, trends, and regulations. Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals in luxury real estate. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team along with individually making sales deals to exceed personal target and team target.
