We are now looking for an enthusiasticBaristato join our team in Lucknow!Key Responsibilities: Beverage Crafting:Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, teas, smoothies, and other beverages following our brand standards. Menu Knowledge:Understand and educate customers on coffee origins, brewing methods, and our specialty drinks. Customer Service:Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and making recommendations. Cleanliness & Hygiene:Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Presentation & Aesthetics:Ensure all drinks are prepared and presented beautifully, aligning with our brand's premium positioning.What We’re Looking For: Passion for coffee and clean eating culture Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a barista (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, etc.) Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
