Collaborate closely with a high-performing team of recruiters and account managers in aremote-first environment . Use advanced sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI platforms, Boolean, GitHub, etc.) to build and maintain strong talent pipelines. Advocate for and implementinclusive recruiting practices , ensuring underrepresented talent is not only considered—but championed. Guide candidates through every step of the hiring journey: resume review, interview prep, negotiation, and onboarding. Manage requisitions withinVMS/MSP environments , delivering on client expectations and SLAs.What You Bring 3–5 yearsof full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on technical roles (contract and perm). 2+ yearsrecruiting inVMS/MSPprograms (consulting, staffing, or managed service experience preferred). Experience supportingU.S.-based clientsand understanding compliance and localization needs. Proven ability to creatediverse candidate slatesand experience building inclusive strategies from sourcing to offer. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills—whether on Zoom or Slack. Self-motivation, urgency, and comfort operatingindependently in a remote teamenvironment.Why Wimmer Solutions?
