Explore our collections and learn more about our legacy on our website.Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong customer relationships. You should have a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, calling existing / old clients and follow up with client meetings Present, promote, and sell products / services using requirement-based sales to be existing and prospective customers Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Coordinate sales efforts with sales and other department team members Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trendsRequirements: Proven work experience of at least 5 to 6 years as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in an ultra-high end jewellery / luxury goods retail sales Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho) Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Ability to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field 2.Candidates from Jewellery / luxury goods background will be preferred 3.Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory)
