Emeritus’ global team includes 700+ employees located in Boston, Dubai, Mexico City, Mumbai, Shanghai, and Singapore.Objective of the Role The objective of this role is todesign, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive sales onboarding and enablement programsthat empower inside sales, field sales, and pre-sales teams to perform at their highest potential. This role willbridge skill gaps, drive sales productivity, and ensure consistent, high-quality executionacross the sales funnel through targeted training, coaching, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. By aligning enablement strategies with business goals, the role will play a critical part inenhancing sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.Framework of the role:The Incumbent will be working in the capacity of an Individual contributor role. The incumbent will have to be flexible to work on Rotational shifts and week offs. The incumbent will be reporting to the Regional Director of Training, however, will have a Dotted line reporting to the head of business.Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end sales onboarding and continuous enablement programs for inside sales, field sales, and pre-sales teams. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skills gaps, design training roadmaps, and align programs with business goals. Establish and manage quality assurance standards across the sales funnel to ensure consistency, compliance, and high-performance delivery. Drive productivity improvement through role-based capability frameworks, regular assessments, and coaching programs. Lead performance-focused workshops on objection handling, value-based selling, consultative techniques, and product mastery. Oversee quality audits, sales call monitoring, and feedback mechanisms that feed into coaching and upskilling. Manage sales enablement content creation, certification pathways, and LMS utilization to improve engagement and retention. Partner with revenue operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging, tools, and collateral. Monitor training impact using performance data, sales KPIs, and customer feedback; adapt strategies to continuously improve results.Key Skills and Experience 7+ years of experience in training and enablement roles with a strong focus on sales performance, quality, and operational excellence. Deep understanding of sales cycles, customer experience dynamics, and training ROI. Successfully implemented sales training programs across global markets sales process improvement projects.
