Our platform serves both end-users and merchants, providing intuitive tools to send, receive, and manage money securely across jurisdictions.Position SummaryBepay is seeking a seasoned, strategic, and execution-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join the executive leadership team. The CMO will be responsible for the global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer acquisition efforts across all markets.This role requires a proven leader with deep domain expertise in fintech particularly within digital payments, mobile wallets, or financial services platforms alongside demonstrated success in building and scaling global marketing organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic acumen, operational rigor, and creative excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Bepay’s global marketing strategy across brand, digital, product, performance, and communicationsEstablish and lead a high-performing marketing organization, including in-house teams and external agency partnersDefine and implement data-driven growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, merchant onboarding, retention, and brand engagementLead the creation and refinement of user personas, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies across key geographiesCollaborate with executive leadership to align marketing with company goals, product roadmaps, and strategic initiativesOversee the development of integrated campaigns across paid, organic, community, and influencer channelsManage global media relations, PR efforts, and thought leadership programs to build brand trust and visibilityOwn the marketing budget, establish KPIs, and drive performance optimization through continuous measurement and refinementRepresent the marketing function in board-level presentations, investor briefings, and strategic partnershipsQualificationsMinimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, including significant exposure to global marketsMandatory prior experience in a fintech company, with direct involvement in digital payment solutions, wallet products, or consumer-facing financial platformsDemonstrated success in driving user and revenue growth through integrated marketing programsDeep knowledge of multi-channel marketing, brand development, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentationStrong leadership track record, with experience scaling teams and managing budgets across early-stage and growth-stage environmentsExceptional strategic thinking, analytical ability, and communication skillsExperience in crypto or Web3 ecosystems is preferred but not requiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plusWhat We OfferExecutive leadership role with global responsibility and influenceCompetitive compensation structure, including equity-based incentivesRemote-first work environment with international scopeCollaborative, high-performance culture driven by mission and impactThe opportunity to shape the public identity and user growth of a high-potential fintech platformApplication ProcessQualified candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and interest in the role.
