In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits of employee benefit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a deep understanding of 401K plans.Responsibilities:Perform audits of employee benefit plans, specifically focusing on 401K plansReview plan documents and financial statements to ensure accuracy and complianceIdentify and report any discrepancies or non-compliance issuesCommunicate findings to management and provide recommendations for improvementStay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure audit processes are in line with current requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on employee benefit plansStrong knowledge of 401K regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
