RESPONSIBILITIESResolve user queries, issues and concerns with effective, clear, and professional writing communicationFollowing up on Unresolved/Reopen cases with the playersAchieve the daily targets and ensure to meet quality standardsDemonstrate time-management skills and the ability to work independentlyCoordinate with other departments such as the Product Team or Technical Team, as required to resolve user issues and questions.REQUIREMENTSGraduate (BCom/BSc/BCA or equivalent) with Excellent written communication skillsBeing a gamer (preferably casual games) is an added plus.Should be digital savvy and be able to comfortably use software tools and productsDemonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.Effective Problem-Solving skills will be required to demonstrate an ability to solve complex issues.Team player and good interpersonal skills.Should be able to write a customized response to the clients with ease
