The company is backed by prominent investors including Accel, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and Bertelsmann.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:The Academic Delivery Manager’s (ADM) main responsibility is to ensure high-quality learning experience for the thousands of learners taking our courses. The ADM role interfaces with our Design Team, our University Partnerships Team, our LMS, Webinar and Program Support Team as well as our Regional Teams in Latin America.To ensure a high-quality learning experience, the work includes:Managing our growing pool of 500+ course leaders, who support learners throughout their learning journey. This includes : interviewing, onboarding and training, managing and improving performance, and building and maintaining a community.Ensuring course design is ready to go live, including : quality control, writing participant communications, and planning live sessions.Managing university partners by providing updates on how the programs are doing, results and replying to any delivery related question they have.Solving problems in course deployment as they occur. Responding to learner requests escalated from the program support team.Analyzing learner feedback and course results and make design change recommendations to improve the courses.Establishing and maintaining efficient, scalable processes for all our work.The ADM must take ownership of the course and make rapid decisions, always considering the impact on learner experience. The role requires a process-oriented and detail-oriented person who has a passion for education and enjoys working on a team.Our team is diverse in background, including people who have run language schools, been management consultants, and managed programs and partnerships for higher education. We are highly collaborative and a lot of fun to work with. We have team members in the US, UK, Spain, India and Mexico.Skills & Qualifications:Experience as hiring manager of course leaders, teaching assistants, faculty or others in a teaching role.Experience delivering online courses.Project management experience.Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to details.Experience analyzing high volume of data, synthesizing it and making recommendations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience working within a virtual team.Flexibility on work hours to coordinate with a global team.Highly Desirable Qualifications:Bilingual English/SpanishExperience in EdTech and/or Higher Education.
