About ClientIts for a leading digital transformation partner, specializing in AI-powered collaboration, cloud-native architectures, mobile & edge applications, data engineering & analytics, and strategic advisory services.Role OverviewAs a Sales Specialist, you will own revenue growth across target markets, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and forge strategic relationships with enterprise clients, particularly in the US and Europe (UK) market.Location : Preferably Ahmadabad / Remote.Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planningo Define and execute territory and vertical sales plans aligned to company objectiveso Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and pricing models Team Leadership & Developmento Recruit, mentor, and coach account executives and solution consultantso Set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a win-win sales culture Pipeline & Forecast Managemento Drive end-to-end deal cycles: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closingo Maintain accurate CRM records; deliver reliable forecasts and sales metrics Client Engagement & Relationship Buildingo Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts; cultivate C-level relationshipso Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling solutions Partnerships & Allianceso Collaborate with Microsoft, AWS, GCP partner teams to co-sell and co-market offeringso Leverage Innovation Labs and proof-of-concept initiatives to accelerate deal velocityQualifications & Experience Total YOE : 8+ to Max 15 Yrs.(DO NOT SHARE SENIOR PROFILES) 8+ years in B2B technology sales, with 3+ years in a leadership or director role Proven track record selling AI/ML, cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), mobile or data solutions toenterprise clients Experience building and scaling high-performance sales teams, preferably in a services or consultingenvironment Strong network with C-level executives and IT decision-makers across target industries (Finance,Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing) Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree a plusSkills & Competencies Strategic thinker with sharp commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making Excellent communicator and negotiator, adept at complex, multi-stakeholder deals Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization Deep understanding of digital transformation trends, including AI, Cloud-Native, DevSecOps, and Mobile UX Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and forecasting methodologies
