Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their HR technology needs, and promoting our HR SaaS software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead GenerationIdentify, research, and qualify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and referrals.Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate leads.Sales EngagementBuild relationships with key decision-makers such as HR managers, CHROs, and CEOs in companies with > 1,000 employeesPresent and demonstrate the features and benefits of the HR SaaS platform through virtual meetings.Needs AnalysisUnderstand client pain points and business requirements to recommend tailored solutions.Align product offerings with client goals for talent management, payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement.Pipeline ManagementTrack all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate lead and opportunity tracking.Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers to move them through the sales funnel.CollaborationWork closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.Provide product and customer success teams feedback based on client interactions.Market InsightsStay updated on HR software industry trends, competitive landscape, and new features.Provide insights and feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategies.Key Skills & QualificationsEducational Background:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Experience:1–5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in SaaS, HR technology, or software solutions.Sales Skills:Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.Technical Aptitude:Ability to quickly grasp technical features of HR software and translate them into business benefits.Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage C-suite and HR professionals effectively.Skilled in delivering compelling presentations and product demos.Customer-Centric Mindset:Empathy and ability to understand client needs and deliver value-driven solutions.Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze customer data and sales metrics to refine outreach and strategy.Adaptability:Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with evolving product offerings.Performance MetricsMonthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.Number of qualified leads generated.Quality of prospect qualification.Pipeline accuracy and activity levels in the CRM system.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with an innovative HR SaaS product that is transforming workplace management.Collaborative work environment with professional growth opportunities.Competitive compensation, incentives, and benefits.
