We are seeking an Ads Director who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and financial control. You’ll be responsible for not only campaign performance but also budget pacing, invoice accuracy, and direct communication with cross-functional stakeholders.What You'll Lead:Management of daily spend between $6,000–$10,000/day across multiple accountsExecution of performance strategies that consistently achieve:ROAS ≥ 3.5 on evergreen funnelsLTV:CAC ratio > 4:1 over 90 daysCost per Purchase under $35 in lead-gen/ecomm hybrid modelsEnd-to-end ownership of the monthly invoicing process:Reviewing ad platform billing dataCross-checking against pacing plansSubmitting finance-ready reports by the 5th business day of each monthCoordination with creative, data, and finance teams on campaign planning and reconciliationManaging campaigns across US, UK, CA, and selected LATAM marketsWho You Are:7+ years in performance marketing, with clear mastery of Meta & Google billing ecosystemsExperience handling $10M+ in annual ad spendHighly organized, with proven ability to keep budgets on track and error-freeStrategic mindset but hands-on when neededFluent English; strong preference for candidates with experience in international marketsCompensation:Part-time: $100–$200/hour (remote, min. 4 hrs/day)Full-time: $15,000–$20,000/month (8 hrs/day, Mon–Fri, includes commissions & bonuses)All payments are made in USD via PayPal or international bank transferWhat You’ll Get:Immediate ownership of mission-critical campaigns with global brandsAutonomy + full support from a high-performing teamLong-term career path with aggressive bonus structures for exceeding performance & finance KPIs
