Product Manager – Financial Transformation (E-commerce/Retail, Oracle Fusion Cloud) Location: Bangalore onsite Experience: 5+ Years Job Type: Full time Job Summary We are seeking a Product Manager to lead financial transformation and ERP implementation projects for our E-commerce/Retail business using Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar platforms. This role will define end-to-end use cases, manage dependencies across enterprise systems (Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)), and optimize financial and operational processes to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to understand business needs, define automation opportunities, and deliver scalable product features that enhance financial operations within an E-commerce/Retail environment. Key Responsibilities ● End-to-End Financial Use Cases: Define and own end-to-end financial use cases for E-commerce/Retail transformation projects using Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP solutions. ● Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration with OMS, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise platforms to streamline order processing, fulfillment, and financial tracking. ● Financial Workflow Optimization: Optimize financial workflows, including revenue recognition, payment reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, and tax compliance within the E-commerce/Retail ecosystem. ● Automation and Visibility: Identify opportunities to enhance automation and real- time financial visibility across the organization. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Service teams to understand financial and operational pain points. ● Process Discovery: Lead process discovery workshops to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements. ● Requirements Translation: Collaborate with Engineering and ERP Solution teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into product features.Process Optimization & Automation ● Process Analysis: Analyze financial and order-to-cash processes, identifying gaps and areas for system-driven improvements. ● Automated Reconciliation: Define and implement automated reconciliation processes for multiple payment gateways, refund processing, and commission tracking. ● Scalability: Support scalability of financial operations, ensuring systems can handle high transaction volumes during peak sales (e.g., holiday seasons, flash sales).● Process Standardization: Drive process standardization across different E- commerce/Retail geographies and business units.Execution & Delivery ● Product Roadmap: Own and maintain the product roadmap for financial transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. ● Feature Rollouts: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective feature rollouts. ● KPIs: Define KPIs to measure success, such as reduced financial processing time, automation efficiency, and improved financial accuracy. ● Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends in E-commerce finance, automation, and compliance to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience ● Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in E-commerce, Online Retail, or Digital Payments with a focus on financial transformation or ERP implementations. ● ERP Platforms: Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics). ● Enterprise Systems: Expertise in enterprise systems (OMS, WMS, TMS) and their financial dependencies in an E-commerce/Retail environment. ● Automation: Proven track record of defining and implementing automation-driven financial product features. ● Financial Processes: Strong understanding of payment processing, multi-channel sales reconciliation, chargebacks, refunds, and tax compliance. ● Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Finance, Operations, IT, and E-commerce teams. ● Process Optimization: Process reengineering and optimization experience to drive automation and efficiency. ● Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and backlog prioritization. Preferred Qualifications ● Financial Transformation: Experience in financial transformation initiatives within a fast-paced E-commerce/Retail organization. ● E-commerce and Payment Platforms: Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and payment processors ● AI and Automation: Exposure to AI-driven financial automation, real-time reporting, and fraud detection mechanisms. ● Certifications: Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Oracle ERP solutions.
