Role: Business Development Manager (US Staffing) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Onsite – Vadodara Office Shift Timings: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM ISTAbout the Role: We seek an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Vadodara. This role is integral to driving the growth of our US Healthcare Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven relationships with MSP, VMS, system integrators, or direct clients, and the ability to be immediately productive. If you are a confident communicator and strategic thinker and are ready to take on the challenge of acquiring and managing key clients, we encourage you to apply!Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with MSP, VMS, and system integrators, as well as direct clients in the US Healthcare staffing industry. Onboard new clients and deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet their needs. Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.Business Development: Proactively identify and target potential clients to expand the business portfolio. Leverage your network and market knowledge to open doors and drive business opportunities. Understand client requirements and provide strategic staffing solutions promptly.Collaboration & Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables. Be confident and proactive in reaching out to clients through calls and other communication channels.Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the US Healthcare Staffing industry in a Business Development role. Strong client relationships with the ability to acquire and manage MSP, VMS, system integrators, and direct clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a confident, proactive approach to making client calls. Experience using tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and other sales technologies to drive pipeline growth. Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with US business hours).You can apply through:
