We are looking to add an SRM & Cluster head in our retail sales team at Bengaluru location. Someone with an experience range of 6-15 years in the mutual fund/AMC industry is preferable.About the Role The role involves handling regional distributors, building relationships with the IFA channel, and driving sales while ensuring high service standards.Responsibilities Handling Regional Distributors in assigned region. Build and Nurture relationships with IFA Channel. Driving the distributors to sell products. Ensure service/ operational issues are solved and meet high service standards. Complete adherence to processes and compliance requirements. Increase sales (AUM) as per targets in addition to coordinating, managing & monitoring the activities of individual channels in the assigned region. Geographical expansion, increasing penetration & higher market share.Qualifications Any Graduate/Post Graduate Preferred.Required Skills Knowledge & understanding of Mutual Fund Industry. Knowledge of all Mutual Fund compliances.Personal Characteristics Perseverance, high on intrinsic motivation and driven by targets.
